My clients purchased a custom built home from Wilkerson Builders, working directly with Mr. Wilkerson and his Realtor/salesperson Audra. Both of them were extremely professional, easy and accommodating to work with. With any big project, there were some bumps in the road, but they were so willing to find solutions to overcome them. And it got my clients to the settlement table with a beautiful brand new one level home.

We were searching for a one-story home for several months when we came across Wilkerson Custom Built Homes in Hughesville. We decided to go look at the model home. There we met Audra and the Builder. Audra showed us the model house and then took us on a tour of a one-story house that was being built. Just looking at the bones of the house, I knew it was being built to a higher quality than any of the homes in the region. Audra and the "house" sold us, so we decided to purchase the home. He was professional, reasonable and very supportive regarding all of our needs. It was our best home buying experience ever. It was a totally different experience working with a small custom builder vs a commercial builder. You have total control over what is installed in your home regarding your desires and needs.
