I made a prepaid reservation through the Way app. When I arrived, the first attendant (who did not speak English, which was not a problem) tried to take my phone out of my hand. For personal security reasons I politely explained I was not comfortable handing over my phone, but I was fully willing to show anything needed on the screen myself. He reviewed my emailed receipt and in-app confirmation while I held the phone and successfully checked me in using my confirmation number and gave me a ticket. When I returned to pick up my car a few days later, a different attendant, again tried to take my phone.
