I had some plumbing work that needed to be done in the bathroom that we’re updating. Anthony and Kobi were awesome. Very personable and professional. They took the time to explain all of my options, and I never felt pressured into one option over the other. Their work was flawless and they respected my space like it was their own. G&C did a great job replacing the furnace/ac at my Mother-in-law's duplex on December 11th in Blackstone, Ma. Her old furnace was about 20 years old and, unknown to us, was emitting carbon monoxide with the exhaust. We called G&C on a Saturday and, to our relief, someone answered the phone and assisted us with setting up an appointment right away. We very much appreciate talking to a live person on Saturday afternoon. Nick and Bob came to our duplex on Monday. They informed us that our furnace was emitting carbon monoxide and needed to be shut down. We wanted to upgrade the furnace to one that they had to order. We used G&C Plumbing for faucet upgrades and to replace some old pipes, and the experience was excellent. The team was fantastic to work with and came out promptly to provide a quote. We never felt pressured into a sale, and everyone we worked with was extremely knowledgeable. Our technician, Chris, was absolutely outstanding—helpful, friendly, and efficient. He completed the work in a timely manner, was very respectful of our space, and cleaned up thoroughly after working in each area. We cannot say enough good things about our experience with G & C. Our furnace was not working on a Saturday morning when it was about 7 degrees outside. We called several places. Only G&C said they could come right away - which they did. It turned out that our 20+ year old furnace and water heater needed to be replaced. In short order we had a whole new system installed. We found all of their technicians were very knowledgeable and experienced. They were also very patient as they explained our options and listened to our o questions and concerns.
