We had a problem with our water pressure, and I called Mark and came over to the house in about 3 hours and took a look and changed a few parts, he all so helped me get off a filter cover that I could not remove and he changed the filter as well. Great guy, friendly and very helpful, I would 100 percent recommended Mark, if you need help.

In short, Mark is the man!! I completely lost water on a Saturday morning and was told by the people I called that my well had run dry because it was too shallow for my area (only 150 feet). The options they gave me as next steps were all terrible and would have cost me tens of thousands of dollars, not to mention leaving me without running water for at least 6 weeks. I sought a second opinion and was given Mark’s name by a friend. He came out the next day, and he immediately told me he suspected that my well was fine and that I likely had a leak somewhere. He and Jeff then found two leaks in the well plumbing, and my water supply was fully restored from my clearly NOT DRY well a few hours later. Mark and his crew came out promptly and took care of our leaking well head problem quickly and efficiently. He took the time to explain why we’ve been seeing blue stains on our tubs, which we really appreciated. Mark is extremely knowledgeable and professional, and it shows in the way he works. To our surprise, we also learned that it was his grandfather who originally installed our pump over 40 years ago—a true testament to the generations of expertise and dedication in his family.

Mark was incredibly responsive by phone and text and showed up as promised. He did a great job explaining everything clearly and was thorough with the work. Repairs are never cheap but I felt that he was more than fair on the price as well. Highly recommend.

Incredible quick service! Mark’s dad replaced our well pump the Sunday of Labor Day weekend after it failed the previous night. Our well was located in a very difficult position on our property that proved to be very challenging, but nonetheless Mark’s dad took this on. We were obviously in a pretty desperate situation and Mark’s Wells came through quickly to save us.
