We had a water leak which led to some flooding and had GCM Restoration replace our floors, stairs, & pantry. I cannot express enough how satisfied we are with the quality of work, craftsmanship and service we received. Pictures do not do it justice. GCM handled a lot of the communication regarding our claim and did an incredible job in every aspect. Every person that worked on our home was extremely professional and excellent with the work they did. They did not cut corners at all, they made sure everything was done to the highest standards. I could not recommend them enough.

I cannot say enough about how great GCM Restoration was with my kitchen floor repair after a leak. I wish I could give them 10 stars. They handled working with the insurance company and was able to get them to cover all damages. The communication about the work and next steps was outstanding throughout the process. I would recommend them over and over again. The repair was about 2 weeks and would have been less if my calendar allowed. Octavius, David, Alex, Eugene and all the others were fantastic and and went far beyond my expectations. They are an exceptional company to work with and I could not be happier with the work that was done.

The initial words I can think of for this review would be you cannot go wrong with the choice to allow GCM the opportunity to reconstruct your home! My story is a little unique. I am a first time homebuyer, and within a month of moving in, the half bathroom toilet connection downstairs, had leaked, causing severe damage to my entire downstairs. This included all of the flooring, continuous throughout the first floor, as well as my kitchen cabinetry. To say it was a nightmare is the least way to describe it. I immediately had to figure out how to make an insurance claim and go through the mitigation and then the restoration process.
