I want to give a big shoutout to Chase at Geary Pacific for his outstanding customer service. He went above and beyond to help me with my issue, and not once did he show any frustration—even when I had a lot of questions and needed extra guidance. Chase was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making sure I was taken care of. He took the time to solve my problem thoroughly and made sure I left completely satisfied. It’s rare to find someone so professional and kind in customer service these days, and I truly appreciate the effort he put in. We are not a big company, we only buy about $350.000 a year in new units. Geary Pacific has the worst customer service, we stopped buying units from them a while ago, and today they lost our business with duct work, over a $70 return! Buy units from Goodman!!!! Buy ductwork from a/cpro!!!!

I was in desperate need of a fan motor for my AC and at 4:45 on a Friday evening, Ian came through and even said he'd wait for us past closing time if needed... these guys are awesome!!!
