We loved working with Gebhart Construction! My husband and I are new homeowners and were very scared to start home renovation projects with fear of spending cost and time that we didn’t plan for. We met with 3 contractors before Gebhart Construction and felt unsure. As soon as we met with Ryan at Gebhart Construction, my husband and I both said, “I really like him.” He was incredibly nice and easy to talk to (answering questions without making you feel dumb) and he provided us with helpful knowledge about some pros and cons of what our project would entail instead of just trying to “sell us” on something. Not only was he quick in getting us the results we wanted knowing I am 39 weeks pregnant and this is our only full bathroom, but he made sure we were happy with his work (see picture ref

Gebhart pulled out an old shower insert and tub and replaced it with a new tub and tile and the result is beautiful and more functional than ever. Ryan provided a cost estimate and a time estimate and completed all the work on time and on budget. All of the workers he brings in are high quality craftsmen who know what they’re doing and get the job done on time and properly completed. Ryan does a great job of keeping the project moving to completion and makes sure every detail is finished properly. We are really happy with result and very glad we found Gebhart Construction for this project and will definitely use them again.

Gebhart Construction did a great job cleaning up my ancient roof. In one day they had it off and put down new decking, shingles and vents (see the before/after photos). I will definitely be using Ryan again!

Gebhart Construction has remodeled nearly every room in my home. This includes 2 bathrooms, custom kitchen, luxury vinyl floors throughout, stairwell treads, adding lighting, intricate tiling and stacked stone fireplace. The guys were friendly, hard workers and professional. I could not be more pleased.

We had an intermittent "leak" on our ceiling that only occurred under certain conditions with certain storms and we could not determine the cause. We contacted Gebhart Construction and Ryan was able to come out and inspect it within a couple days. He was able to determine that it was not a roof leak, but a leak caused by windows that were incorrectly "framed" and sealed/caulked. He then scheduled time to come out later and fix the problem and we have not had an issue since. Gebhart Construction was priced reasonably and Ryan came out when he said he would and did excellent work. We will definitely contact them in the future if we have anything that needs to be fixed or when we have new projects that we want to have done.
