I would like to take this opportunity to give a big thanks to Gem City Plumbers. We were faced with a failing hot water heater, but also decided to do a major investment which included a new water softener, whole house carbon filter, and a new sump pump. Of the three quotes we received, which were all pretty close, GCP provided the best options for our needs. As well, they were the only company of the three that actually followed up after a couple days of sending the quote. Not being pushy sales people, but a courtesy call in case we had any questions. I had Brayden as my on-site technician and he was fantastic. Very polite, informative, and diligent on keeping things as clean as possible. It was a water heater removal and installation, not a clean process but at the end my HVAC area looks better than it did when he started and the new lines are very well done (moved from tank to tankless). The overall process was excellent and very easy going. This included reaching out to Gem City Plumbers via the online form, getting a response the very next business day, and even getting multiple responses on the same day as additional information was needed to get the quote worked out. Kudos to the whole team on a well run company that provided service that felt very customer centric and moved much faster than other places that I requested quotes

We had an issue with one of our toilets. I called Gem City Plumbers at 7:30 a.m. and the fit us in the same day. They did warn me on the phone that their tech had one job in front of us that may take 10 minutes or 4 hours, but they WOULD get to us that day. That afternoon, they called with an update that they hadn't forgotten about us and would still be coming to fix our toilet that day. Our tech showed up "after hours" to fix the problem. He was kind, courtesous, professional, efficient and knowledgeable. So glad we found Gem City Plumbers. They care about their customers. We will use them in the future.

Gem City Plumbing responded quickly , arrived same day to repair our plumbing crisis. Max, our plumber was very helpful and professional. We definitely recommend them.

I explained what I was experiencing. He went and checked it out. Explained everything he was going to do. Fixed it all within 2 hrs. Very respectful of our home, even cleaned up after he fixed the problems. Even checked something else out he had seen at no extra charge. Come to find out it wasn't turned all the way off. I really respect his honesty.
