James and Jax came out and moved our outdoor unit down the wall a bit for an upcoming project. Both James and Jax were extremely friendly and professional. The final cost came out very close to the initial quote. James took extra care when discussing to take the future project in mind as to not cause problems down the road. The final work is very clean and well done with extra care taken to make sure the unit stayed safe and in good condition during the move. Will absolutely recommend and use them again.

Reached out to Gem Heating and Air Conditioning after finding out our dryer vent was not up to code and a potential fire hazard. James came out the next day, went over quotes with different options, explaining the pros and cons of each, wasn't pushy whatsoever and didn't try to upsell us. We decided a direction and he came out and completed the work the next day. The work was done quickly and they left my space cleaner than they found it. Will 100% be using them for any HVAC needs going forward.

Our mini split system wasn't heating. James came out and got it diagnosed and up and running. There were some unavoidable costs, but he worked with us best he could and there have been no issues since. Great service, thanks James.
