I would give a 5 but will give 3 star mostly on customer care and feel of unwelcome and never greeted.. Not sure who the somewhat heavy-set guy working the front register was but he sure did appear not to be in a good bright mood.. as anyone would call an incur of poor customer care...as he appeared to be rude I asked a couple questions on how he was doing based on his unfriendly business oriented attitude..he replies, " how do you think I'm doing on a day after Thanksgiving holiday?" I told him that I appreciate his business either way.

Customer service at this Gemaire is poor and should be reevaluated. They are very rude to you here and are not helpful at all. On Google maps it's posted they open at 730, however they don't unlock the door until 8. I deal with supply houses on a daily basis and this one in particular is the worst. I hope someone can make some changes soon.

Gemaire always has the parts we need. The counter woman, Samantha, is always pleasant and helpful. Glover, has a great understanding of product knowledge. There are several product displays which is helpful as well.

The website says they open at 7:30 am. But in reality they open at 8:00 am, and I find that to be slovenly lazy and inefficient.
