Gemaire Distributors

I'm pretty patient and understanding when it comes to my vendors and subcontractors I work with... and I don't buy from here often, ONLY because every time I do, something that could have been avoided happens.

I have been a customer with gemaire for 20 years . The only problem I have is the warehouse worker at one particular store . He is rude every time we come in the warehouse . I literally hate to go to this branch because of the attitude I get from this worker . This morning we parked at the loading dock next to the normal loading dock because another customer was being loaded . This worker immediately started scream that we new we weren't aloud to park there . I think this worker is mad all the time . When he is mad he take an extra long time to load your equipment on purpose .for the last ten years it has gotten worse . The warehouse workers name is link! This is the only name I know . He works at the chesterfield branch in Virginia.

One of the slowest unloads Ive had in 18 years of trucking.

Enclave has been using this branch for awhile, always a big help

I’ve never seen a group of people move so slow. They charged part to the wrong company. Currently waiting for a higher up to stop talking about doing renovations to his house so he can help fix this issue.
