They installed my carpet through Lowes about a year ago. The carpet has lifted. I have hills all over the floor. I have to have someone come in and fix hlyhe carpet. The carpet cost me 1500.00 for the carpet and install and it is going to cost me another 400.00 to get the carpet fixed. I called lowes to do d out they do not use them anymore. The guy I had come in to look at the carpet told me he has never seen anything like this. That is how bad the carpet is. If I can give them less them one star I would give the negative Stars.

The measured my carpet wrong. They installed my carpet with long open seams nor did they come to fix it. They did not suggest life proof or a similar material when we had moisture in our basement. I do not recommend them.

Lowes installer. Been trying to get a carpet measure for 3 weeks. Sill havent accomplished that as of today after over 6 calls.

Dealt with Mary and I have to say she handled everything with such professionalism was such a pleasure not worrying about anything thank you again would highly recommend them for any flooring install

Said they would install on the 29th and now they’re saying that it can’t be done till after 1/3/19! Ridiculous
