I appreciate how eager this company was to come out as quick as they did. We had a Pipe Leak in our wall i called at 6pm and they came the next day at 7:30am. Thats really the only positive i found sadly. Technichian who arrived was in a bad mood from start to finish. He kept cussing in front of my baby. Work only took him 45 min for a band-aid fix. Labor for the 45 min fix came to $127. But the work was done and no leak since. Took 4 months to recieve bill. I called them earlier asking if i could get it sooner. Said no problem but it never showed until 4 months later. I like supporting the local guys, but after this experience I don't think I will hire them again, as i found a new plumber.

These people are good people. Forever will be doing buissness with them. They say how much of a bind we were in and after other people told us that it would be 14k to fix or replace our boiler they came out and fixed the impossible. Thank you for saving my family.

Over the years these guys have saved my butt more times than I can count, during snow storms, cold snaps, tornadoes, lightning, and hurricane remnants. I truly can't remember them all. They just did so for me again last night, fixing, after business hours, a line from my well to my pressure tank. Thank you! Great outfit. I've dealt with them for decades and they are responsive, courteous and reasonably priced. They've done jobs both large and small for me. Their employees are knowledgeable and will get you back up and running quickly and with the minimum of fuss and cost. Bill goes out of his way to make sure their service surpasses.

Plumber stated he did not like working in crawl spaces and refused to add water line. Called owner to discuss who did not return call. This was a job for my 70 year old mother who will not have water until I come up later this week to fix myself. These are not gentlemen and a disgrace.

Keith from Gemmill Plumbing was great to work with. He came out the very next day, communicated clearly, and fixed the issue quickly. On top of that, he was genuinely kind and easy to talk to—it felt less like a transaction and more like working with someone you trust, like a friend or a neighbor.
