We worked with GenCarp on a kitchen remodel in our small Media row home. Joe and his team did a great job. Joe was flexible with us as we shifted some materials and always answered all our texts and numerous questions through out the renovation. He stayed on budget and on-time and his crew was clean, friendly and knowledgeable. I'd recommend him and his crew anytime and will gladly have them back when we have future projects.

This was our second time using Joe and his crew. We had some structure issues when we purchased our house that they fixed no problem. Most recently we wanted to add a wood burning fireplace to our back living room. This was a pretty big project for us and we couldn’t be happier with the finished results. The fireplace is even better than we imagined. We will definitely be using them again for future projects.

Simply put, Joe and the GenCarp team are amazing. They are clearly head and shoulders above any other contractor we've ever worked with. We worked with them on a multi-room re-model + whole-house re-wire that included floors, plumbing, paint, and tile (beyond all the electric work). He is super calm, collaborative, and trustworthy -- a man of his word. We definitely plan to work with Joe again, and I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone looking for a top-notch general contractor.

I can highly recommend GenCarp - immaculate, precise, experienced team. Joe really knows houses- inside and out. He has great ideas that combine function, practicality and design that matches your home. Honest, professional, knowledgable, dependable...really everything you'd want in a contractor. He and his team rebuilt a huge masonry retaining wall using the original stone and it is perfection. GenCarp also renovated much of our downstairs and it matches the work in our 85-year old home beautifully. He and his team take great pride in their work.
