The technician, Sean, delivered on his estimation of time and completeness of the work to be done. He demonstrated the proper operation of the upgrade and ĺeft my garage spotless.

Sean G. came out to replace my garage door springs. I was impressed with his knowledge and consultative approach to replacing my springs. I had two doors installed several years ago, have called twice for service and always prompt response. Today Sean G came out to get the door to sit square/flat. He quickly noticed a hinge had broken, fixed that reset springs etc. and now it is nice and tight to the garage floor. Elapsed time from start to finish under and hour [and he was on time for the appointment]! :) When I called they offered to come out within a day or two and I had to actually say “I was just hoping for next week”. Happy with decision to have Overhead door put the doors in and the service when needed since. Quality operation.
