Working to build a house, I was attempting to get some cost information to install a force-main sewer run from our lot. I dealt with John Sizemore (Contact listed right on their website). John was polite, but very difficult to get a hold of. After several weeks of being told "next week" he apologized again and hung up on me while attempting to discuss potential options to work through challenges ending with "this is why you probably won't end up using me - sorry about that *click*" Presumably only willing to deal with the repeat business or big money, and I'm neither..
