General Floor Headquarters

Lifetime warranty for our esteem luxury vinyl but it’s not honored by the manufacturer. Our floor was installed in 2017. By end of 2022 it stated to unclick. (See pictures). Got worse fast to the point where it had big gaps. No one came out to inspect. The claims assistant had me take pictures. My wife and I had a 4 year old, 3 year old, and 10 month old. I guess these floors can’t hold up to little kids. Sad. Highly considering taking them to court.

Be extremely careful buying products from General Floor. They private label purchase the flooring and then sell it under their name, which wouldn't be a problem if the flooring had any integrity. We had Luxury Vinyl Flooring professionally installed in our new apt. Within weeks the floor had buckled, tented, and warped. The floor was allegedly guaranteed for life. General Floor sent an inspector out who denied the claim because 1) we were away and didn't leave on the a/c 2) we had doorstops 3) we didn't have curtains. Nowhere in the manufacturer guarantee does it specify these conditions. We have other LVF tile installed in the bedroom, by the same installer and there is no problem at all. Over priced . They once were all about the installer which was a long time ago now they are higher priced than Home Depot and other big box stores. I had an incident a few years ago where I ordered some laminate flooring. Prior to that i called for a price on some carpet and the lady gave me a good deal at the time . So I go in to place my order for the carpet I called about then I asked hey where's that Laminate flooring I ordered , The warehouse guy was apparently stealing supplies etc . I said , well I want a refund The manager at the time tells me the only reason she gave me the decent price on the carpet was because the special order was stolen . I couldn't believe the BS I was hearing. I said if that was the case why not tell me that over phone when I called for price for carpet , w
