I am a flooring contractor and work with General often. The sales staff is both knowledgeable AND friendly. They accommodate both Pros and Homeowners. Extremely professional to work with and would recommend them always.

Great quality carpets extremely friendly staff

It's a good place to go that's where we get our supplies for flooring and we send our customers there because they only deal with the installers and different general contractors so you can get your flooring cheaper there then you can anywhere else as long as you go through and installer that you know the average person on the street can't walk in the doors and buy carpets. But I've been going there for 35 years I know everybody I need to take care of you for the most part

I enjoy most of the workers and I especially enjoy the flooring ideas and suggestions I get from them. Good selection and service.
