It's not a retail outlet. It's a wholesaler in an industrial type complex. The hours aren't meant for retail customers. I could only go on my day off. There aren't prices listed so you select something that is negotiated with your contractor. One bright spot - it was easy to find.
Very nice and courteous. What a fantastic selection of flooring and carpeting. Seem to be reasonably priced. Frank our customer service representative took very good care of us and gave us samples to bring home.
