I am the landlord of a commercial building where this contractor is currently performing a dental suite build-out. I originally recommended this company to my tenant. My experience as the property owner has been challenging. The contractor began work without contacting building management in advance. I also had difficulty being added as an additional insured and required repeated follow-ups before this was completed. Communication throughout the project has been inconsistent. We had a great experience working with Matt and his team. He is hard working. I truly appreciate his honesty. He always would recommend what's best and cost friendly. He made sure we stay right on budget and would work towards keeping cost down. His staff (Miriam, Elizabeth and Arturo) are so helpful and patient. The project was also completed right on time. This was my first office and it turned out exactly as how we planned for. He also keeps his word and even follows up to make sure everything is working well. In fact I called him a year later and he sent his crew to help me out. Would highly recommend and looking forward to working with his team again.

When it comes to contractors this is probably a rare statement: the project was on time and on budget. The project was for our optometry practice, Bespoke Eye Care, and the quality of work was as expected. Matt did a good job of not over-promising, but was able to deliver on requests fairly quickly. Will definitely use for the next project.

Matt built our office and also helped us with some improvements that were needed because of water damage. It has been great working with Matt and his team. They are very easy to work with and got our the job completed on time and budget.

I have used Matt and General Improvement twice in the last 10 years. After doing an extensive search and meeting with 4 different dental office contractors, I settled on General Improvement. The finish out of my office went very well and the quality of their work was excellent. Matt was very easy to work with and definitely a man of his word.
