Always the best inventory at the best price, amazing costumer service and very helpful when it comes to delivery. They always accommodate to our projects needs and logistics. They have convenient locations in Dallas and Fort Worth. We have worked with other insulation suppliers in DFW but so far General Insulation is the best. They provide free assistance when we have issues, they regularly ask if we need help with the application of their product, they offer free visits to job sites from manufacturers technicians if we ever need help with some product. They offer free delivery around Dallas, but they have delivered material as far as Lousiana for special jobs we have had in the past. I totally recomm

Their team was responsive and provided top-notch products at competitive prices. The insulation exceeded our expectations in quality and performance, making it an excellent choice for our job site. Requested a quote for insulation and got a quick turn around response but when one item needed to be corrected (they quoted the wrong version), they ghosted me. This was in the course of 2 business days; they went from responsive to then ignoring my emails, as well as my follow up email to both Frank Foti and Gordon Snodgrass. That's not how you do business. They ended up losing $20k+ because of it and I won't even consider them for future projects.

Friendly staff but parking here is not for rookies blind side with cars in the front try to get here early to maneuver around with no cars or dont be afraid to ask for help to back up
