People complaining are not customers. As a customer, the service is unlike any place I've seen. Next day oil fill up from online or calling. Emergency service for customers. great friendly and knowledgeable service.
This company is right down the street from my house, and they’re so rude and arrogant on the phone that we decided to order our oil from Norwich, CT miles away from our home. Can’t see how they retain business with their entitled attitudes towards customers......

Your website says 24 hours.... false advertising! You have to be a current customer. Maybe it should just list your actual hours and say current customers are helped 24 hours!
