Do Not Use Them!! They came out to check on issue, had me leave a $200 deposit, then charged me just under $1000 for a repair that "rebuilt the compressor" for a very small deli line cooler. WAY over charged and nickel and dime with fees like : Freight, Service call, Labor, Zone Travel $170 (we are in Meridian as they are too). The line is only worth $2000, they did not provide services or goods that equalled the fees I was charged and looked to charge me as much as possible. I would not advise anyone use a company that operates like this. I was looking for a good company that believes in partnership and could service my commercial kitchen equipment in the future, it will absolutely not be them. WARNING STAY AWAY To all my restaurant owners this company is at best incompetent and at worst thieves. I asked them to come replace a belt in my bizerba slicer. 3 weeks later the belt arrived and the tech was on site 7 hours. After he replaced the belt he turned the slicer on and the motherboard blew out. They would not accept any responsibility. They charged my credit card for over $3k ( a new slicer is $3k). I did not authorize the charge. They are dishonest and incompetent

i was quoted 400 dollars for a part then charge over 550 dollars never returned phone call after questioning it and also charged two travel fees because they did not have the parts

We had a service repair man come out and look at my pizza oven after he diagnosed the issues he gave me quote of $300.00 I told him that to go ahead with the repair. Once the repair was complete he gave me an invoice for over $700.00 .... his explanation was that labor wasn't included in the quote! I will never use them again. When people ask how much it will cost you would think they would give you a complete total not just part of it! Had he gave me the $300 + labor for the quote we would not of been so upset. He just said it would be about $300 when I asked him how much it would be. We are not thrilled with this company and will not use them again.
