We recently made an appointment at General Plumbing Supply specifically to explore a bathroom product we were interested in. Ahead of our visit, we provided details about the product to ensure we could have an informed and productive consultation. Unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. The salesperson assigned to us had no knowledge of the product we asked about and simply directed us to view it on the website—something we could have easily done ourselves at home. When we asked follow-up questions, she was unable to provide any helpful information or guidance. The visit felt like a complete waste of time. Please change your hours on google to reflect your actual hours. My family and I drove an hour there to find your store closed. UPDATE: we went to the place and they were great. Ordered our plumbing supplies from there (Kohler) and very happy with the results and service. However they should make sure to keep the hours more accurate to prevent unnecessary trips.
