We are very happy to work with Generator Power Solutions power for our generator services. They installed our generator and have come and done the yearly maintenance without any issues. Sue has been fabulous servicing our generator, she even Went out of her way to shovel the snow around our generator to keep it working better, she’s the best!!

One of the more "tech-minded" board members of our condo association highly recommended Generator Power Solutions to install a Generac 18 kW unit for our detached condo. Apparently, they've successfully installed other units in our complex. They also installed and maintain the generator that backs up power for the main water system for the complex. Before I called in GPS I had two other outfits come in to do a walk-through and give me an estimate. The estimates were all close, but Patrick Sanders of GPS was far ahead of the other guys in general knowledge and experience, and he asked all the right questions. So, we gave him the go ahead. He walked us through every step of the process, and I have to say, everything went quite smoothly. We were extremely pleased with the end result.

Purchased our Kohler generator from these great folks over 3 years ago. Best purchase. Great product, great folks guiding the way on purchase and install. Annual service is done with thoroughness and attentive customer service. Get a full report on what was done and any items that might have been of concern. Our Kohler generator failed a few days before we were scheduled to go on vacation, and our basement floods if the sump pump loses power. John Prive and his team at Generator Power Solutions were very responsive and quickly determined that the generator was unrepairable. Although we had to cancel our vacation to babysit the sump pump, we didn't lose any money, and in less than two weeks GPS had ordered, delivered and installed a new Generac generator. GPS made multiple trips to our home in the NH lakes region in advance of the install to check on the details of our electrical system to ensure that the correct parts were ordered. They are conscientious and do great work.

Bad bad review! My aunt bought a generator back in 2020. They asked for payment upfront to order generator for the price of $5,500. They will not answer calls, give me product or money back. They still have my aunts unit that was PAID for. Still no generator. Further actions will be made as this is insane for a business to do this! $5,500 isn’t a small amount.
