While the product was good, there was a lack of communication between the estimator and installer as to what was actually able to be installed. Face to face the installers were polite and knowledgeable, with the exception of knowing only the very basics of the thermostat and not being able to show me any of the additional features other than telling me to read the instructions and downloading the app. While not around the language was horrible and loud, along with one on their phone a lot, the other in a sleeveless shirt and not presentable at all. I could’ve let all that slide if they had not gotten adhesive, rust stains, and scratches in my new floor of the laundry room. That said, product looks good and works well. Chris was super friendly and very informative for our furnace issue! It was great that they could provide a same day appointment. Now that we know what is wrong, we were given options on solutions. I highly recommend Gene's if you have an emergency issue. We don't feel pressured to decide instantly and I really appreciate that! We will definitely be using them again in the future!

Chris and Jim did a great job explaining our options with no pressure. They were able to come out same day which was a relief since our furnace was down. In addition the install was completed in one day; seamlessly and smoothly. The installers were professional and very friendly. Daniel was a great help Getting me to understand the digital thermostat and Andrew accommodated our desire to move an outlet to a different area. Top notch company! Will use again.

I highly recommend this company! All 3 components of my heating/cooling system, the furnace, AC & water tank were over 25 years old. I wasn't sure exactly which one I was going to have replaced 1st before they all quit working. I was 1st going to get the yearly maintenance on my furnace, then go from there, which I did with Dj. DJ was very thorough & found many things that prior companies did wrong. Long story, short, I was able to get all 3 at a fair price & now feel at ease. This new equipment works so much better! Anthony and Dominic installed a tankless water heater for us. They were extremely courteous and clean. A beautiful installation (mounting, pipe routings, etc). Then Anthony explained everything about the machine and how to maintain it properly. I was very impressed with the entire experience!
