Genesio Company

I'm so glad that I found this company. I have used them twice now and their customer service is just beyond measure. This time it was a rather lengthy service call, two days before Christmas and they stayed until the job was finished right. Despite the parts warehouse being closed for the holiday, they were able to locate a used part for me to get the house warm again. This is clearly a family owned business that hires experienced professionals and takes pride in their work and reputation. I don't take the time to write reviews unless it is really warranted. I'd give Genesio 10 stars if I could. Just amazing. Thanks guys!!!

Outstanding company, huge help on a hot Saturday in august. We have a newborn and they made it a priority to come help within the hour. Our technician was outstanding. He went above and beyond, he even found out that our babies room did not have the correct vent set up. I can’t say enough good things. They have my business from now on.

I have been using Genesio for over 25 year's at several addresses and have always been satisfied and have felt I have been treated well with honest quality workmanship. On this review I had the following work performed. Complete new propane boiler, added zones for heat and ac. Added water lines throughout, new ac ducts, blowers and condensers. Intricate plumbing work throughout and a new towel warmer with separate zones in the bathrooms. All of the employees including office staff and of course Gerry the general manager have been wonderful and have always fulffiled there job requirements.

Typical situation – AC unit broke on a humid holiday weekend. A neighbor suggested I call Genesio because they were knowledgeable, fast, and honest. Jeff came out in a reasonable amount of time and was thorough, knew the equipment, and fixed it at a reasonable price. They’ve earned my business and should earn your business too. Give them a try!

I had them out to my house to see if we could fix a duct popping from expansion and contraction inside a wall. I understand that this is not an easy problem to fix and it likely includes opening up my walls. They charged me $150 just to come out and did not do anything. Now I'm out that money and had to contact a second company. I feel that a better business practice would have been to talk this out over the phone before coming out if they were unable to help. I contacted Valley Air in Warminster and the owner himself came out to provide a quote to fix the issue, and I was NOT charged for this. Very disappointed in Genesio and am sick that the $150 I paid could have been applied to getting the actual work done.
