Genesis Air Mechanical...Genesis meaning Creation/Beginning. Thank you Steven for "creating" air conditioning after 5 long days of September heat. From the time I called, Steven was in constant contact with me. Advising me when he was en route to the house and when he arrived. Within in minutes he had the problem resolved and fixed! Steven was polite, kind, empathetic, and very knowledgeable. He took the time out to educate me on all aspects of the AC system including Air Duct cleaning and replacement and different types of thermostats. AC units and air handlers need servicing annually! Genesis Mechanical Air came to my house because my pool heat pump was loud and not working properly. They diagnosed the problem and advised what was wrong and needed repair. They gave us a great price and stuck to it. Would recommend Genesis Mechanical for any HVAC repairs or maintenance

Noel came to do a routine servicing of our A/C. When he came in he asked how the heat was and I told him it was garbage. Only heats up to 70 degrees. Somehow he got our heater working normally and for that I am so grateful. So a service visit turned into a big problem solved. Thank you Noel.
