The worst,however ALWAYS available! One call required two re-dos. In stalled defective (coincidence?) Circuits. Mismarked panel after forced to label.

This guy doesn't know what he's doing at all when it comes to electrical work. He's always in a bad mood. There's PLENTY of better options in the Portland area. LOOK ELSEWHERE!!
