Everyone near Waltham, MA should use Genove! I can’t say enough good things about this company! Owned a home in Waltham with oil heat for almost 10 years and wish I found them sooner! Called them last year to perform yearly maintenance on an old oil tank and furnace in a crawlspace and they did great work and gave great advice! This is a business you can trust! This year when our furnace stopped working mid December: Called up Genove right away and they had someone out the same day to try and help us! We knew the furnace was on the last of its nine lives so Richie came and took a look and let us know our options! Our heating system wasn’t working for the baseboard heat… they were ice cold and our thermostat was hovering at 52 degrees. After buying multiple space heaters, it was only making a difference in the rooms we had them on. I called Genoveve Oil yesterday morning and by the time I arrived home at 4PM our house was nice and toasty. I cannot thank their Technician Frank Dutton enough for his prompt attention to our needs during this frigid early winter.
