GENROSE Stone and Tile | Guilford CT

I have hired Alisa through GENROSE to create plans and designs for the renovations of our living room and kitchen. I have also met with her several times at the GENROSE showroom, where she has provided details from kitchen cabinetry, bathroom flooring, hardware, and more. Gloria is also in the shop to assist with product needs and is very warm and welcoming. I recommend GENROSE, as well as Alisa for her thoughtful, patient, creative, and a great listening skills for all your home renovation needs!

Lots of problems with broken tiles. About 20% were broken. You could see that boxes were clearly damaged…..they never should have been delivered that way. Then we had to pay for time spent by contractor to sort through the tiles and then wait for 2.5 weeks for replacement tiles to be delivered, resulting in delayed project.

I had a great experience with Genrose. They have a very large selection of tile in every type of stone. Alisa gave me great advice and I know I will love my finished bathroom. The quality of the tile is excellent!

I bought my tile for my house at Genrose Guilford store and Alisa helped me pick out all my tile. She was so patient and answered every question that I had about the tile textures and grout. I am so pleased with her customer service that I will never go anywhere else. My house looks great and I referred my daughter there for a backsplash and it looks flawless. This experience was worth every penny!

I had a great experience with Genrose, very nice people to work with. And they have a lovely selection of tiles. I bought a shower tile that looks lovely. Highly recommend!
