The crew was great, we had a fun, efficient move. Thank you Rydell, Ben, Musa and Chris! They were fast, careful, and knew exactly what they were doing.

Great company that ive used many times. They have been around for decades. Used their storage, moving services and commercial warehouse for a time. Lately , they moved my girlfriends' 1br apartment in Bay Village/ Boston... TIGHT STAIRS and streets and made it work with no damage

Whatever you do ... DO NOT hire this company. Booking was smooth, but everything since then has been a complete disaster. Almost every large furniture item they moved has damage. They take absolutely no care with your belongings and unfortunately we did not take out additional insurance as they didn't offer it at time of move - had us initial that their insurance was acceptable, but at .60 pound, its worthless. Then we only used 5 of 30 days of storage and they refuse to prorate the storage bill. And the workers stand around waiting to be told what to do ... just racking up the bill for you. The word GENTLE should not be in their name. Do yourself a favor and look for a different moving/storage company!

Professional at every step with fragile harpsichord, antique furniture with plate glass tops, and oddities of museum glass cases. On time, on price, and friendly. Came with good tools to take legs off long couch.

We hired Gentle Movers for a move out of a 1400 square foot condo - it took them 12 hours to get us mostly out and over to our new house. We had nothing super complicated- no living room or dining room furniture as we are getting new ones. All we had to disassemble was our master bed, our sons crib and a bookcase - everything else just needed to be loaded. It took 2 guys 7 hours to do that. As we have a toddler who needed to sleep and eat we BEGGED them to call for another guy to help. Luckily, they did that otherwise we don't know how long it would have taken! We also had them leave smaller things that we went back for the next day just to get them on their way. One of the guys could barely walk, so that didn't help matters.
