We are thrilled with our new carpet! We have a three level town home. George and Jimmy replaced carpet on the first level after a water heater leak several years ago and did a great job. They came and replaced the carpet on the rest of the house and it looks amazing. They were on time, took out the old carpet nicely, leaving a seamless, beautiful, lush look. After 3 years of searching for someone to repair my rug, I contacted George Ayoub Carpet and Rug Care. Jimmy and his crew did an outstanding job repairing a rug that had a great deal of sentimental value to me. The rug that I thought would have to be discarded once again graces my home. I had the most amazing experience with Ayoub Carpet & Rug Care in Sterling. Five stars isn’t enough. A dog had severe accidents on my high-end rug. My desperate attempts to clean it made it even worse. I called Jimmy Ayoub, the president of the company. Jimmy personally stepped in to handle the delicate cleaning of my rug and the results were amazing. He explained how difficult it would be to get the rug cleaned in light of the specific fibers in this particular rug, but after two hand-cleanings and then the purchase of an additional specialized product to improve the end-result, the rug was almost like new. JIMMY SAVED MY RUG! It’s no wonder why Ayoub Carpet & Rug Care has such stellar reviews. The service was amazing from the top down. His pick-up and delivery team were so helpful

They did a wonderful job on my rug. It was improperly stored in my garage for way too long and they were able to get the stains out and fixed a rip. They finished the job earlier than first quoted. Very good customer service and good cleaning job.
