George Brazil Air Conditioning & Heating

Thought I’d been getting decent service over the past 5 years. Turns out they advised the wrong filters and took until today for someone to correct. Due to these cheap filters for better air flow, my $20K+ system needs at least $5K in work to get it back to running great. See photos of dirt inside my unit motors. Found out that George Brazil just had to let go of ~200 service techs for them either not doing what they were supposed to or they were lying to their customers. Huge let down to pay extra to go with a “reputable” company. Will be exploring other A/C companies moving forward. I had a great experience with Andrew from George Brazil for my AC maintenance. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. What really stood out was his transparency; he shared videos while he was working to show me exactly what he saw and explain what he was doing. It’s rare to find that level of communication during a routine tune-up. Highly recommend!

Caleb was extremely courteous and professional. He's honest and was interested in what my thoughts were on maintaining and repairing my system....not just upselling products and services. We had our VIP servicing done today and from what we can tell the tech did that okay, but we didn't go up in the attic to check either. I will say we are very disappointed in that he left our floors a mess with insulation scattered all throughout our home and in the garage. Why wouldn't he wear booties and clean up all the insulation he dropped. If this is the way he left our home, just makes us wonder how he left our units and attic.

Jeremy is a pleasant and cordial person to work with. He explained everything in great detail. Asked if I wanted him to clean my filters of which I did. He cleaned one and replaced the other. I remember having a hard time replacing it. So glad he did that for me. All in all, he was just a good guy to be around. He was way ahead of schedule so now I have the rest of the afternoon to myself. KUDOS to Jeremey Baxter.
