I want to take a moment to thank Randy Shorter with Georgia Climate Control for diagnosing and repairing my AC unit. We have had multiple companies come out and they couldn't determine what the problem was. It hasn't worked properly for several years. I called Georgia Climate Control and they immediately sent Randy out. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. And not to mention he's quite the Dog Whisperer! He was here about an hour and was able to diagnose the issues and explain to me what needed to be done. Randy came out today and completed the repairs in a timely manner. From this point forward, Georgia Climate Control is who I will contact for all my HVAC needs. So if you are reading this review and are considering using Georgia Climate Control, I promise you will not

Camyrn was amazing. Great Customer Service, very thorough and Knowledgeable. He did not try to over sell me. He gave me options. He took the timeout to explain it to me multiple times and then I called my husband and he explained it to him as well. He was able to get in and resolve my issue quickly. Thank you Georgia Climate Control! You made my whole experience easy! First, let’s talk about customer service. When you call, you speak to an actual person (The sweet lady I spoke too was named Allie). They get you on the schedule quickly and make you feel like a priority. Second, when the technician comes, they take their time. I’ve used them for the past two years and both technicians Kyle Brady (Service/Sales Manager) and Camryn Gordon have been professional and gave good, sound advice. Lastly, I will use Georgia Climate Control in the future for maintenance control. I feel grateful knowing I finally have a reliable AC company I can depend on.

From start to finish, he was punctual, knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. After servicing our AC unit, I reached out a few hours later with concerns that it still didn’t seem to be cooling properly. Randy promptly called me back and offered to come by again after his last job, even though it meant driving an hour and a half through a sudden rainstorm—late in the evening.
