Bought newly built spec house 7 years ago that had Gerber toilets. I have had to replace flappers once on the round bowl., three times on the elongated bowl toilet. Each case was because the flapper did not center on tank hole, causing slow leak. Calleded customer service for replacement for the elongated bowl for the same leaking problem. I was told the 5 year warranty was up and I'd have to order and pay for it. Nothing but problems with Gerber toilets. I also had to replace a fill valve on one of the toilets. Very poor quality toilets. Comparison. I had my previous house built and had 4 Kohler toilets installed. I lived there for 23 years and never had to make any repairs on the Kohler toilets. Shame on Gerber for poor quality toilets and poor customer service. I guess I'll have to go

When our old toilet tank flapper was leaking, causing an indescribably irritating "hissing" sound and wasting water, we were at our wits end. When I was about to lose my mind and replace the whole toilet, I opened the reservoir tank and, lo and behold, the part number (Flapper #99-788) was etched into the tank with a good ol' fashioned customer service phone number. Skeptically, I dialed the digits expecting to talk to a cold, impersonal robot but instead a warm, personable, and kind customer service agent ordered a replacement flapper, no hassle. To my astonishment, Gerber covered the cost of the $10 flapper at no charge to me. That a company would stand behind servicing its products beyond the point of sale is both increasingly rare and commendable. After a few days, the package arrived

Terrible customer service at the Canadian call centre. I waited on hold for 5-10 minutes to speak with someone, which was fine. When I reached an individual, he was not very pleasant. He placed me on hold for 5-10 minutes, and then the phone call was disconnected. He did not try to call me back. I called back, sat in a queue for someone to take my call, and after 38 minutes I have now learned that they have a lot of emails and it will take them some to have a look at mine.

No overnight parking, no bathroom. Appt 14:00 checked in at noon got door right a way. Fast loading 30min

Amazing product, amazing customer service, amazing experience! We had a Danze (Gerber) bath faucet that developed a leak after about 20 years of use. I contacted Gerber concerning how it might be repaired. It turned out the faucet couldn't be repaired, and honoring the lifetime warranty, the company replaced it instead! Their lifetime warranty is the real thing and the Gerber folks are the real thing They were great!
