TruGreen Lawn Care

Can't ever respect a business that doesn't respect the homeowner. I have no soliciting posted and multiple places and they still trespassed on my property and left their door hanger. I won't recommend this company and I won't ever use them. You should value and respect homeowners properties.

Trugreen proactively signs you up for various services, pointing out problems etc. But they don’t point out problems on their watch and don’t attempt to resolve them. I started with Trugreen last year with weed treatment and fertilizer and this year added tree/shrub care as well as aeration. My grass hasn’t looked this bad in years. Going to find a local provider who knows what they are doing.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The TruGreen technician who came out for aeration and seeding did an excellent job. He was very polite, friendly, and professional from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood the process. The lawn looks great, and his attention to detail really stood out. Truly one of the best service experiences I’ve had — highly recommend!

Customer service was extremely rude when I didn't want to give him my credit card today. He was speaking so fast, that we had to go over the pricing over and over. Management should review the call. Just happened now. Too funny. More sales training is need. I felt like I was being wheeled and dealed to over my grass. 9/30/25 @ 1:30pm.
