Four years ago I had an infant and my furnace stopped working. I called two other places who came out and provided an astronomical price of a new furnace and then left meanwhile I still had no heat in the interim. Someone recommended I call Justin and he came out the same day and quoted me a new furnace which was significantly less than the price the other two places provided AND he temporarily got my furnace working so I at least had heat until he could install the new one the next day (which also just so happened to be a Saturday). Today, I noticed that my heat wasn’t working as it should so I called Justin, who asked his dad to come out and he was here within two hours. He was able to diagnose the problem and then I was provided with two options for fixing it depending on the route I w

Justin and his father did a fantastic job. They replaced an old oil burner furnace with a brand new propane furnace. He did the job in less than a day. They removed the old furnace and the work is very professional and clean. Justin has also done some commercial work for me when I ran the local Mom n Pop’s. We were so happy we asked him for a quote to put in a heating system for our kids who live in a cabin on our property. His pricing is very fair and he is very knowledgeable. 10x out of 10 I would rather give a small business owner like Justin the work than a larger company that will over charge and not care about their clientele.

Hired them to installation and convert a brand new propane system. After 5 years, the unit blew, and needed to be completely replaced (this was confirmed by the manufacturer). I called this business to see if they would install a new one, since it was determined by the manufacturer that the original install was done incorrectly, leading to this issue. Well... they did not accept that they made the mistake, and wanted to give me a ginormous quote to install it. Mind you, I was without heat or hot water for 2 days at that point, and I had all of the parts and equipment to install all ready to go already. So they wanted to charge me thousands to just show up, install it, and leave...

Paid cash to drive a new point for my renovated sprinkler system. They were here 8 hours wanted charge me $1750 I paid them $1400 and I still do not have a working point. The son told me they would be back to correct it but 3 weeks later they have not shown up. I would not recommend them to anyone.

One star for JR and Jimmy, who were friendly when they were here. One star for cleaning up nicely after themselves. Lost one star for being expensive and not giving me any kind of deal after giving the owner $10,5000 CASH. Like many single income households, that kind of money is hard to come by.
