Beyond Excellent service 5 stars is not enough! Our family had a leak in a old gray waterline in our mobile home, Called them and Tim even though he was busy took the time to talk to my dad and said he would make time to stop in and take a look. He sure did and fixed it efficiently and effectively and went Above and beyond, Merry Christmas has a whole new meaning for our family this year . So good he left our family in happy tears! I highly recommend The Toilet Jockey for your needs, We sure will be using them again should the need come around and definitely will be recommending them to anyone with plumbing needs. I would highly recommend using this company! We contacted them to help us with a garbage disposal that was backed up and they arrived quickly and fixed the problem in no time. While they were there, my husband asked them to look at our hot water heater that seemed to be leaking and they let us know that we definitely needed a new one and explained to us how our other one wasn’t installed correctly. We had the new hot water heater installed a week later and it was done in no time and done right! Ben is great at answering all of our questions and we will definitely be using him again in the future for our other plumbing needs for our house. Great service and a really nice guy :)

We live out of State, we own a rental property in Saratoga County. We need to have tradespeople that we can trust. We have now hired the Toilet Jockey for two repairs. One was a toilet wax ring replacement, and Yesterday they repaired the drain assembly for a pedestal sink for us. I am a firm believer in hiring handymen for certain tasks, but when it comes to plumbing, heating and electrical work, we prefer to hire licensed contractors. These repairs are very important! Tim is great to work with. He is great at getting on the phone and explaining things. One on, I had to hire this company. Their name and logo are fantastic! Haha. Once again The Toilet Jockey came to our rescue! This was our third time hiring their services within the past 16 months, and the third outstanding job by them. One of the previous services was an urgent matter and they arrived in less than 18 hours of us contacting them. This most recent service was not quite as urgent, but they still managed to squeeze us into their schedule with only a couple days notice. They do professional work at fair price, have great personalities, and are respectful of the home. Never once did any of the technicians complain - they simply examined the situation and implemented the proper solutions necessary. You know a job has been done well when several weeks go by and you can't remember anything other than that this company gets it! From initial call to install The Toilet Jockey was on point. It took less than 2 business days to work us in and they provided professional & skilled workmanship, too. Ben & Tim's price saved us a LOT & my wife and I felt their fine service was worth every penny. We had family due in a few days later and it sure felt great knowing they could take a nice shower when they got here.
