Justin was very professional, timely and finished up very quickly. I highly recommend the service to anyone that needs a repair our replacement.

Fast service. Was at my home in 2 days of calling. Diagnosed the issue, ordered the parts and was there within 7 days (wasn't an emergency). Owner took care of me. He was polite. Answered all of my silly questions because I'm not well versed in appliance repair. He was done with the work quickly and issues resolved. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Highly recommended from me!

Both my washer and dishwasher broke. Gershey was 100% on top of it. Both were fixed in under a half hour combined (they were fixed at different times due to parts coming in). Easy!! Thank you!!!!

I had an excellent experience using their services. Justin was the technician , he was on time and very professional . He was able to diagnose and repair the problem quickly . Their price was very reasonable. I will definitely use their services in the future.

Exceptionally unprofessional. Arrogant, condescending and rude. If Gershey Appliance Service remains the authorized provider for Whirlpool rest assured I will NEVER buy a Whirlpool appliance! If you want to be disrespected this is your service if not avoid at all cost! Absolutely horrible. I will never deal with these clowns again! Totally inappropriate and obnoxious. Rather than follow the most basic service protocol ie. diagnostics and recalibration they prefer to belittle the homeowner. Don't call these inept "technicians ". You're better off searching youtube and diagnose yourself. Obviously this service is not concerned with solving your issue. I guess it's easier to blame the homeower than to do any actual work.
