We had routine maintenance done on the furnace and water heater. Darien did an outstanding job of explaining what he was going to do. Afterwards Darien showed me all the photos of the work performed. As always, your techs were courteous and efficient. But as I tell people, if you want a great job done G. F. Bowman is the one to call.

Brandon was my knight in shining armor. It was Friday night into Saturday morning without heat. I had a fried thermostat as a result of a fried panel board in my outside heat pump unit and a blown fuse in my inside unit. Brandon had to get parts from 2 different places and install them. He was so efficient and courteous and explained everything well to me I can't thank him enough! Very thoughtful as well. He made a bad situation so much better. Kudos to Brandon.

~4 year old Carrier Heat Pump originally installed by Bowman was leaking refrigerant (not Bowman’s fault). Evap coil needed replaced. Technician was great! Did great work! Very nice person. Appreciated his craftsmanship. Price, not so much. Ended up being ~$425 / hour for the work. Not the technician’s fault, he was great. Highly disappointed in price and in the Carrier product as well.

Robert is a good technician/plumber that sorted out our faucet leak. I always converse with folks, and at the same time try not to distract them from their professional duties. Robert was patient and determined to complete all phases of the task, even though there were some design challenges that over the years have frustrated other technicians. A job well done.

My furnace was not working on a very cold day and overnight. In less than 24 hours Brian arrived and quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue. He very professionally explained the problem, requested and picked up the part, returned in short order, and then had the furnace up and running again. Brian's HVAC experience was very noticeable during the Service and I will highly recommend him at any time.
