GFM exceeded my expectations! Our neighborhood had a storm drain that was not performing up to par. Todd, the project manager helped me (in charge for the neighborhood) understand storm drains and provided a detailed quote for the proposed work to install a 1,000 gallon leach basin. He spent considerable time, over several days, answering questions needed to consider alternative solutions and find the best one. There were no delays and Todd kept every commitment, including visiting the site with the construction team before and during the construction. The construction team, led by Colby, worked skillfully and expeditiously, performing tasks that I had not even contemplated. The basin was installed in one day with a temporary, driveable surface.
