Patio was not poured correctly. Pitch was with the house not away from it. At one corner the slab is actually higher than the house foundation. My only option at this point is to tear up and redo with a reputable contractor. In front of the door there was a high-spot with a lip. They tried to resurface. But that ended horrible. Whole job was a waste of alot of money.
Do not recommend Gustavo. Poor business communication. Wants 50% payment up front and then does not respond when you say that wasn’t part of the conversations. Scamming activity very likely. Do not use.
They work well with concrete but you get what you pay for. They leave a mess and a real struggle to finish the job cleanly. This job was very frustrating. Go with someone recommended.
Good service and really good at what they do. They will work with your budget.
