This garage is no good. The manager named Adrian refused to park my car without any reason that was logical. He stated “the boss told us not to park teslas, no teslas” Not nice manners, and everyone that works here is of the same decent, and to make matters more uncomfortable they are telling to each other about matters in a language other than English.

LOOK AT YOUR CAR BEFORE YOU LEAVE. They dented the front corner of the car and put a large scrape on the side. The attendant rushed away (should have known when he didn’t linger for a tip). When I noticed the damage upon returning to the rental car facility, the attendant said over the phone that I could make a claim, but I’ve just been told that since I didn’t do it when I was still there, the claim would be denied. I am now on the hook for it with the rental car company.

The price is ok, but the way the parking attendants treat the African American customers is appalling. In 2020 respect and common courtesy should be automatically given. It should be something a employee decides to give to only a specific group of people! The fact that many of these attendants we Black us shameful that they treat minorities the way they do. The owner of this garage should be ashamed of the customer service give. As a business owner all customers should be given the same respect; especially paying ones. I said hi to the attendant and thank you and not once was i acknowledged or looked at! A white lady came up while i was waiting everyone went to her and said thank you, have a good weekend, and etc...only can only be offended. The price was not bad but just on the princ

WARNING Tavern on the Green offers their guests a Discount parking voucher up to $30. If you are attending an event such as a wedding, this voucher will be worthless unless you leave early. The voucher is worthless if you stay 5+ hours, and not a disount. The event I attended started at 4 and ended 10pm. Both GGMC parking and Tavern on the Green knowingly do this. SHAMEFULL. PARK SOMEWHERE ELSE

Employees were rude. We asked for clarification on our coupon and he refused to answer any of our questions. All he would say is the coupon will work if it applies to you. The parking attendant drove recklessly. We had children in the garage and the rate of speed they came in and out of the driveway made me very uncomfortable. In the end our coupon wasn’t accepted since we were 15 min over the 5 hour timeframe. If the parking attendant would have been kind enough to answer our questions on the way in we would have been there 15 min earlier and saved $22.00.
