GGMC Parking

DO NOT USE... Paying a premium price for a garage that DOES NOT WORK... It's fully automated and uses cameras to determine whether you are parked correctly, and it hardly works right. Currently our cars were all stuck in the garage due to system failure. No one could get in and no one could get out. The most unreliable garage around, not worth it at all.

This is such a bad experience I feel like i have to warn others. This is a fully automated garage not staffed by any human being. The kiosks dont always work. The instructions are vague and it takes forever to drop off and retrieve a vehicle.

Will be cancelling this month. Extremely unreliable technology. Currently have waited over an hour to get my car and this is a recurring occasion. If you need a reliable garage, I would strongly discourage getting a space here.

If I can give this place less than 1 star I would. Extremely unrealible service. When it work it great. But when it doesn't work its literally the worst thing ever. I’ve already canceled my monthly spot. There is not a SINGLE EMPLOYEE that is on sight/premises. When your car gets stuck. You will wait up to 1 hour sometimes to get your car. The company is very slick and very cheap. They outsource everything to cut costs. When your car is not coming up the elevator and the system malfunction. You speak to a customer rep, that's based out of India. And they will try their best and get your car. (why isn't there is an employee on site?) A note - the actual entrance to the garage is on 32nd street, but there is a walk-in entrance/exit once you have parked your car. To start, we've been using this service for the last year. It has not been a perfect experience. But I'm still rating it 5 stars, because you have to compare this to what any other parking garage is like in the area. - The garage is 24/7, which is not true for most (possibly all) nearby garages - The garage does not rely on an attendant, which substantially reduces the risk of damage. You can view other garages which do use an attendant and see how often that comes up - The parking is underground and secured. There is zero chance of someone breaking into the car, and the garage is temperature controlled such that it's always comfortable to get in when it com
