GGMC Parking

Disabled Veteran here. Parking attendant drove my car into the gate in their elevator and it’s been 8 days no contact from them after filling out their forms, calling, emails they are dodging me. I plan to file legal action. Do not park here!!…. UPDATE 2 plus months later and still my vehicle isn’t fixed after getting told to go to 2 distant shops to get 2 docent quotes which I did 2 different times (4shops) only to be told “that’s too much we’re not paying for this! Call your insurance company get them to fix it” they aren’t recognized by the better business bereau and at this point I’m questioning if they are even insured. HAD TO HEAD TO THE COURT AND THE CASE IS IN OCTOBER

This place now appears to be doing business under the "Centerpark" name. Awful. Reserved a spot on the Spot Hero app, pulled up right at my reservation time and was told the lot is full and they can't help me. I had to rearrange my whole work day and cancel clients, thereby losing money, because of their inability to honor reservations. Beware of this place. I am never coming back. I had to call SpotHero customer service to get a refund.

Great service for a busy area. Used GGMC for 2 months and it’s been a real win not having to find parking in this area. Commuter times can get busy and school runs so make sure to pre order your car and give yourself a little extra time to get to places as the local traffic can build up quickly. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating. Bicycle storage is also available here. Larger cars cost a little extra.

Highly unorganized and are not upfront with cost. They blamed spot hero but I've been to other spot hero parking and they are able to tell you everything up front (if car is oversized or not). In addition, they have a skeleton crew which finds the front desk left unattended. I would not recommend.

Had a pleasant experience with this parking lot. Rates are actually reasonable. We overstayed the two hour limit by a little bit but they still only charged us for the two hours. Recommend.
