GGMC Parking Garage

Horrible experience. Charged me an additional $50 because I showed up 2 minutes BEFORE the start of my reservation. Attendant was rude and condescending.

From beginning to end, the staff and security was exceptionally helpful, friendly and kind. My car was in a safe area. I had to get something out my vehicle and they didn’t hesitate to help me to my vehicle and retrieve what I needed. There were no scratches etc once I retrieved my vehicle. They answered any questions I had with respect and a positive attitude. Will use there again. Great customer service.

Parking in the city was a nightmare for us. Que the ParkWhiz app. It led us to GGMC and allowed us to make an online reservation. Process couldn’t have been easier. Employees were wonderful and helpful.

I can only imagine these two previous reviews are shills. "Reasonable rates"??? I parked for 1 hour and 9 minutes it it cost just under $50. Totally misleading rate post. Two hours was supposed to be $41 and change. When I asked about it they said, "18% tax."
