GGMC Parking LLC

This parking lot works with quite a few hotels. They provide 24 hr service. Great location. Near MSG, Empire State builing, Macy's. Fifth Ave is few ft away. Great shopping and eating experience. The service at the garage is prompt!

DO NOT recommend this garage. I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn and this is the garage they directed me to park my car. They told me it would be $65 and when I went to pick it up at 3 AM they had me pay $95. The guy was super rude and said he does not work with hotels so he couldn’t grant any discounts.The worst is that when I got home and I opened my luggage, I noticed that my luggage was ripped meaning somebody went through And took a valuable mug that I had bought at Cooperstown. They are a bunch of thieves. When I called to speak to a manager, they told me the manager was not available.

Be careful when dealing with these scammers. This place is full of crooks. I dropped off my vehicle at 1 AM and asked the attendant how much it would be if I picked it up by 11 AM. He said $46, so I left my car with him. When I came back at 10 AM, another attendant rudely told me the charge was $67. I explained that the attendant last night said it would be $46, but he insisted they go by the rates posted. They also charge an exit tax. Don’t waste your money on these crooks.

I parked my Tesla here. All 4-5 hours they kept my front doors open and I wasn’t able to open live camera view. One time I opened and they turned off from car. What is the purpose of this? To search the car for valuable items or identity document fraud ????? I don’t recommend to park here if so don’t keep anything valuable in car.

Horrible customer service and dishonesty. The attendant had an attitude. I arrived 2 minutes to the hour using Spot Hero. They made me pay for 30 minutes because of that to begin with. They didn’t specify the oversize charge on the app whereas other garages did. They made me pay another $15 when I checked out. It is dishonest. I would give no stars if I could.
