Terrible! Avoid it at all cost! Price gouging on ev charging without disclosing any rate upfront. They will not disclose ev charging price verbally or visually anywhere/ anytime during the engagement and pretended its free. once car is parked and you come back to retrieve, manager wants to argue ev charging is not free and will cost $15 min on top of parking (for a L2 charge - barely 4% of charge lasting 56 mins for parking duration) and claiming that they plugged our vehicle into a fast charging and it will cost extra. To put this into perspective, it will cost you this much ($15) to charge 30-50% at a DC fast charging station like EVgo or Electrify America. And I know by experience that other non GGMC garages in the area will provide L2 ev charge for free with hr or 2 of parking - about

No problem with 230 92nd but 240 92nd garage Never thought I’d write a poor review for a company until this year. I’ve parked with GGMC since 1997 which included at the time my new 2001 vehicle which I still have to this day. Never had any major issues until the summer of 2013 when a trainee had been parking my car. I notice an issue with my armrest being bent out of place that made it difficult to open. Although I did not report the incident at the time thinking it was an accident I returned to park in August. Upon picking-up my vehicle I got as far as 111 & Park Ave to open my armrest and it just FELL OFF onto the rear floor of my car. SO flabbergasted I did the following. 1.
