On a project in Golden, Co where it appears this GC in combination with the local Fire jurisdiction have completed a project without proper hydrostatic testing of fire lines and fire suppression systems. Several leaks outside and within building. This is why we have construction codes and building practices in place, to protect the health and safety of our nation. GH Phipps and the local fire jurisdictions should be ashamed of themselves. The state of Colorado should look into these projects at the school of mines

I was serving as a crossing guard for a charity walk run that was entirely contained inside a neighborhood. A GH Phipps employee in a red truck yelled at me and said we need to be better at traffic control. Then he ran a four-way stop without fully stopping at the sign. I was confused since we were entirely neighborhood, and there was no traffic and nobody crossing the street, I tried to ask him what he meant, but he sped through the stop sign. I would recommend they train their employees better to adhere to safety while in neighborhoods near schools.

Construction behind Newton Middle School (Arapahoe County) started at 4:30 AM today. The Industrial noise of the trucks and their activities was well above 75 db, as it shook my family out of our beds. This activity is clearly in violation of the Colorado Noise Statute 25-12-103 (maximum permissible noise levels 7 pm to 7 am).
